In response to the current situation we are suspending SALSA Audits until Monday 11th May 2020. If you have an audit booked or your audit is due before 11th May please email info@salsafood.co.uk and we will advise way forward. 

You will appreciate that this a rapidly changing situation. We are closely monitoring updates and adapting our policies and procedures as the need arises. We will continue to support our members and keep you informed, including any need to revise the suspension period beyond 11th May 2020.
