SALSA is excited to support British Food Fortnight 2019

Now in its 18th year, this national food promotion invites communities and organisations across the UK to celebrate the diverse and delicious, high quality food produced in this country. 

We are encouraging buyers to take part in British Food Fortnight by sourcing new UK suppliers using the SALSA Directory.  This free online database includes over 1,600 small food producers who all hold a SALSA Certificate and can demonstrate the highest commitment to food safety and quality. For ease buyers can search for suppliers geographically and by product category.
